Fated to be Hated
Fated to be Hated
by Kelp
Kindness endures, or so we’d like to believe,
But not when you’re fated to be hated.
They’re grateful for everything that you have achieved,
Except when you’re fated to be hated.
Your smile betrays your amiable ways,
But you’re nonetheless fated to be hated.
It’s not what you do that makes them hate you,
It’s just that you’re fated to be hated.
Try it on, my child, tell me how does it fit?
You say it squeezes a bit in the gut.
Do you think it is something you can grow into, child?
Or learn to get used to somewhat?
